        Guy on the phone moaning about background noises. Tried to be as clear as possible. 3 seconds later just hang up the phone. Called again, seconds person answering and I told him I just been put down on the phone he wanted to transfer my call. Absolutely terrible customer service and people obviously can't be bothered talking on the phone
