Very slow reception service. Only 1 person taking orders and preparing it themselves. Had a online order collection, which took ages. We were only a few in store.

Only one person at the till , a long queue The guy from the till , he takes order , also he is going to pick it up , to grab a order you have to wait hour on the clock , basically one hour per costumer to get served. And the other staff are drinking coffee , laughing and dont help the other queue. My review for this eurocarparts in acocks green is 0 rate

Shambolic service. Purchased a collection order only for them to take around 30minutes on arrival to even collect my order which was only a couple of items. Seems as if the workers are more concerned about vaping in the building then they are serving customers. Wouldnt be attending here again.
