Brilliant food, good prices and always delivered super quickly. This is definitely our favourite takeout in the area and the food is consistent each time we order. The service is also excellent - Mason on front of house is incredibly friendly and helpful and is an asset to the place!

Awful service, waiting over 2 hours for delivery and being lied to on the phone about the food having left the restaurant twice when it infact had not...TWICE was the most aggravating element. Asked for partial refund, when we should have asked for a full, the restaurant said there was nothing they could do and that we'd have to take it up with deliveroo. If I could leave 0 stars I would, will never order from kai again.

Ordered food from this place tonight at 07:15pm, food arrived at 08:40, est delivery 40 mins!. They rang me at 08:00 to say that they did not have one of the items i ordered, i said ok just leave it. I had to ask how i will be refunded, as i paid with my card. They said the driver would give me the cash. When the driver arrived, he had no idea what i was talking about! I rang back and they said they said, make your refund request online (they thought i ordered via just eat...so watch out for that). I said i can't as i ordered direct via their website, so eventually they said we will put the money through the letterbox, its mid night...still no money!. My food order was nearly 40, the refund was over 5, i just wanted some decent customer service!! The food was terrible too, i just binned it! Such a shame as i ordered from here before and it was so good. After tonight however, never again! And get a kid on the phone that knows what she is talking about and knows about your business. I want my refund back!! Thank you!!
