Ordered a keela mk4 on the 8th of December for my dad who's in the services, he got sent away over Christmas just got back , got a size too big and the customer service team was more than happy to exchange it pleasure dealing with them and would recommend this company 10/10

Place an order online for a RAF event that my son was looking forward to, order itself was fine but had difficulty with delivery - took a lot longer than expected to receive the delivery which unfortunately past the event date so the order was not of much use. Plus the complication involved trying to sorting alternative. Delivery company (Royal Mail) was not helpful at all in this instance - I contacted them several times and found their system really rigid and not flexible for customer needs, especially not good for when things do not go as expected, so contacted Cadet Kit shop - staff was understanding and quite flexible, listened to the case and offered solution, so we as customers ended up quite satisfied.
