We picked Stuart randomly from a Google search. From 3 architects that came out to visit, he was the one who asked what we wanted and didn't throw his ideas on us. We live in Bournville and on the trust and he understood the parameters we had to stay within but also, how to maximise our extension potential. He worked quickly and very accurately. Our application process took a while but that was mainly due to BVT and the council. All passed with no issues and we got what we wanted. Stuart made sure we had all the right paperwork and educated us on the process. We are almost finished with our extension now and all of the work Stuart planned has been built and done. Our builder stated that our plans were perfect, down to the millimetre. He had no issues knowing what we wanted or how to build it due to the in depth plans and detail. If we ever need to use an architect, we will use Stuart again with no hesitation.

Stuart understood our requirements and recommended approaches and suggestions to our initial plans with the depth of his knowledge of the areas conditions. He delt with both the Birmingham City Council and Bournville Village Trust applications and where required chased the progress, above and beyond our expectations to get the plans signed off. Every interaction with him was professional, and he's very approachable. If I needed more planning and architectural work, he would be my first call.

Amazing service from the very beginning all the way through to the very end. This lovely gentleman took control of every single detail, even liaising with our builders prior to any works starting. He replied promptly, clearly and concisely to every single email and call, and explained things to me that didnt always fall under his remit. I would definitely recommend him, not only for his expertise but also for his patience, understanding and guidance through every stage. He made the process as smooth and hassle free as possible. Stuart was the architect for our kitchen extension - he was excellent and we were really happy with the plans and level of service. We hope to use him again for further work on the house and would definitely recommend him to others
