        Before ordering, very responsive to emails. Then I ordered and the item arrived cracked... multiple emails to them were ignored and I never received a response. I initially though that a seller that promotes on their website their reputation for featuring on TV shows, would offer a good level of customer service. But sadly seems to be OK being a seller that would keenly help get your order, only to ghost you if there are any issues.
