I have instructed Design Space 2 for architectural and planning work on a few projects. Each time they have delivered a very good and successful result. On each occasion Riyaz took the time to fully understand the outcomes required for each project. He understood where we could comprise and where we could not. Each time he demonstrated his skill and experience by navigating the numerous hurdles to achieve a great result. I (LGF) have worked with Riyaz (DesignSpace 2) for more than 10 years. LGF develops elearning courses within major projects for FTSE100 companies and specific Government Depts. For time to time we require 3D visualisations ranging from hotel rooms interiors to entire postcode street plans (every building from houses, shops, hotels and industrial units). DesignSpace 2 working from reference photographs and line drawings, provided by myself, are able to create these 3D worlds. What I particularly like is how in tune Riyaz is with my briefing making the initial production to 1st draft quickly and accurately, with almost zero reworks. Depending on the project, final renders are produced at different levels from almost line drawing to full photo realistic. Where full photo realistic is required Riyaz takes great care that the lighting and mood of the end result matches the original environment. I look forward to working with DesignSpace 2 on future projects.
