I just want to express my sincere thanks and gratitude for the professional service that I received from Pritpal Chana Architects over the past 6 months. I presented Pritpal and his wonderful team of Architects a challenge to provide drawings for planning permission consideration in a conservational area in Four Oaks Birmingham England. Today February 17th 2023 I received the best news ever that the drawings provided by Pritpal Chana Architects had been approved. This was no easy task due the restrictive nature of trying to build in a conservational area. Pritpal and his team worked hard to provide drawings to Birmingham City planning department that as enabled me to get the green light to build an Extention that was once a dream but is now becoming a reality. Pritpal is a good guy. I found him to be friendly, professional, Knowledgeable, approachable always answers and responds to emails even after hours and on weekends. If you have a dream that you want to come true regarding your house Extention or new build look no further than Pritpal Singh Architects. Pritpal was really helpful from the outset. He was readily available throughout if we needed any info or guidance and he had good ideas for our project that we hadnt actually thought of ourselves. This was really helpful and allowed us to maximise the space and scope of the property. We were able to push back to the planning department on the points they raised and ensure we didnt have to make any amendments to our plans. Id throughly recommend Pritpal and his team, they have good ideas, respond to your feedback and are easy to work with.

I had a few quotes and decided to go with Pritpal even though it was a more expensive option. It was definitely the right decision. Pritpal was very helpful during the design stage with his imaginative ideas and everything we wanted he managed to accommodate in the plans. I showed my plans to a few builders and they were very impressed with the attention to detail in the drawings. Pleased to say planning has now been approved. I would highly recommend Pritpal.
