        I have work with both David & Arham, both of them were very professional and responsive. We started off the planning permission for 85 Cole Bank Road, Birmingham, B28 8HG from even as early as end Aug 2020 when we purchase this house. The initial planning was rejected as this area was already an article 4 area, however David & Arham continue to press on, their fees were also reasonable. Despite getting rejected by the planning, David told us not to stop and guided us to prepare other documentation. David took us by surprised by the appeal results obtaining sui generis in an article 4 location from originally a C3. I will strongly suggest to use David & Arham services.
