        All I got from someone called Greg who's name was above the 'Chat' box I was using and who is apparently the company rep' were cold, unprofessional, unhelpful and childish four word replies to my query and that after the sessions repeatedly dropping for some "unknown' reason. I then called the landline to receive an equally unprofessional reply albeit at least an answer. Stay happy... go elsewhere.
