I'd like to know how the Birmingham council approved this office building as a residential property with the crucial issue of having the usual living standards! 1- All windows are sealed, and ventilation systems don't work efficiently. In summer, the hot air is damped in the flat and breathing is hard. 2- Wall insulation is not appropriate, and heat loss in winter is considerable. 3- Windows glazing is poor. 4- Heating facilities are so inefficient and highly energy consuming, and in winter, we are constantly freezing 5- The water tank system design is so terrible for keeping water warm in winter, and you have hot water for 6 minutes taking a shower! 6- Ginger energy, as a utility provider, will charge you based on commercial tariffs and the most expensive providers in the UK, and you can't change it. You will have the highest electricity bills in the UK if you are living here! If you want to waste your money, I recommend you to live on this property! The positive point is its location in the city center!
