        Rented a property through Martin and Co and experienced nothing but issues with the building, property management and letting agent. Issues include: No water for 2 weeks, an ongoing faulty boiler, severe damp and mould in the bathroom, poor quality fittings, leaking underground car park causing damage to my vehicle, the list goes on.... RENTERS BEWARE!!!
