Stayed here for a while during my exchange program. Very nice place, clean and tidy with quiet neighbours :) and perfect city center location

It's been more than nine months since I have lived here, and I absolutely love this place. The maintenance team's response is lightning-fast with top-notch quality worka big shout to Umor and Jo for managing this building exceptionally well. Fantastic location with just a few minutes walks from the city center and train stations. Tesco is just next door, which makes my life easy Value for money property and 100% recommendable to everyone! (I wish I could purchase one)

I lived here for a year and a half whilst I finished my degree, its a perfect location in the centre of Birmingham and I couldnt be happier with my experience here. Building management team are so lovely and attentive, and Umor (building manager) is always happy to help you. The apartments are of a modern interior and the recently refurbished reception bought the place together nicely! Both my move in and move out process were easy and effective, couldnt recommend this place more!

The new renovations are modern with improved security. The location of Canterbury is central and convenient. Umor the manager is efficient and approachable with any queries u may have.
