TGI Fridays - Birmingham NEC

Booked in advance days before & couldnt be seated for 45 minutes. Ordered before we sat down & took 1hr 30 mins before we had our food. Half the food came out cold once received. Ordered desserts but didnt arrive before half the table left after waiting for the meals for so long. Apparently we werent the only ones who experienced this. Need more attentive staff & be more interactive / caring towards their customers.

Where shall I start, as soon as we walked through the door we were hardly greeted by two young ladies that rolled their eyes and looked at us with disgust. They hardly seemed interested or cared and had attitude problems when we were being kind and patient. We then proceed to sit down but had to go to the bar to order food and drink the food took forever to come. We didnt have knives and forks on the table the table was also sticky. The food was really good which is a shame because the service and staff let the restaurant down considerably. Wont be coming back here again should have gone to Miller & Carter like we planned

Booked 2 tables for our large group in advance but could only seat half of us. The rest had to wait 40 minutes before we were eventually seated. The meals came out randomly and some cold. This led to half of us finishing our meals before the rest had even received theirs.
