        Ordered food online for collection. Collection time was 15 mins. Went down told 5 more mins. Then went back in to collect and same guy said he didn't have order.,,??? Luckily one if the staff jumped in and said its here but it had not even been processed. Whole order took over an hour it was only 1 pizza... No apology.

        this place was the best years ago but its gone massively down hill, my first time trying this place after not going for years, wasted a 25 min journey. They advertise the donner burger meal on the big screen on the counter for 3.50, yet they charge 5.50 and said the screen is old. Why have it on then, 5.50 and I was still starving after. Plus the quality of the kebab is shocking. What a shame as this used to be the best place going. Somehow gone to the worst and not cheap at all anymore. Wasted journey would not recommend anymore to anyone
