A care home where staff know the names and needs of their residents is a rare and wonderful thing, this is that sort of place and more.

My mom was in for 4 week respite definitely would not recommend this care home residents left unattended buzzers that should be left around residents necks left out of reach and when relatives press can take 10 minutes plus to answer. Carers apparently fed my mom but failed to notice she had a septic throat Very false in front of visitors a full inspection needs to take place on this home residents left in pads as carers don't want to assist to toilet as easier to leave them in pads.i worked in the care sector myself and find the level of care at this home appalling why pre booked appointments what are they hiding should be able to visit our loved ones when we choose not pre planned so the visit can be staged
