I went in and was given a consultation in the lift whilst on the way up to the room .No explanation as to what he was going to do and how it works , no info on aftercare either . When he put the cups and needles on me he left the room to go and have a chat with the person next door and most the cups had fallen off by the time he came in back to see me .
