Masuma takes the time out to explain the jargon in easy to understand terminology and always responds to messages in a timely manner. WOW Incredible Service! Masuma was an absolute diamond. She communicated exactly what was needed and what we needed to do clearly and with a friendly manner. No question was too stupid to ask her, She met every deadline and did exactly what she said she was going to do every time. I honestly cannot find a single fault nor recommend her enough. She went above and beyond multiple times, often contacting us out of hours to update us. Overall an incredibly painless and pleasurable experience, will definitely use her/ Akber & Co again and refer them to my friends.
