        James has been my accountant for over 12 years, and he has always provided a very good, professional service. He also sends me email or text message reminders whenever I have key tax filing dates approaching, and he is always available throughout the year to help with queries. He also responds very quickly to my email requests, and he addresses all of my points in a clear, professional manner. He also gives me helpful advice about how best to manage my finances and tax affairs for the future, and he gives me forward notices of tax changes that will affect my business. I also like the personal one-to-one contact, rather than dealing with different personnel each time. So, very good overall.
