Stay away from this guy. He will promise you a lot but don't bothered to contact with you to sort out my issue which was very important. He has charged 150 for 20min talking then we have come to decision to finish conversation on the beginning new week. In the meantime time I should receive from Jacob email with answers on my concern. I've been told that we still have a few days. But a week has gone and no answer. Jakub was recommended and I was willing to be his client. But before we have started working together he left me with my case after deadline. Just spoke with another experienced accountant and I've been told a lot on one free of charge conversation. Finally i have received email from Jakub with all prices but I can see now he is wrong with some advices. Safe your time and stres and stay away from this company.

I contacted the company in January this year and was informed that due to the lack of payment in November 2019, they suspended cooperation with us - which they did not deign to inform us at the time of non-payment! The standing order was in operation for several months, so we were not aware that in that particular month the payment had not been made. Allegedly, the company informed us via e-mail, but we never received such an e-mail, and my repeated requests to send us a copy of the e-mail sent to us were simply ignored! I tried to reach an agreement with this company and settle the outstanding payments, but they replied to my every 6th e-mail and for over 2 months it was not possible to solve the problem. The upshot of this whole situation is that our solicitor is currently preparing a pre-litigation order for payment as we paid 400 towards the settlement last year (nothing was done) and they have no intention of refunding us. They will not perform the service, but they will keep the money! If you want to save your nerves, money and time, look for another accountant!!! Rzekomo firma poinformowaa nas drog mailow, ale my takiego maila nigdy nie otrzymalimy, a moje wielokrotne proby o przesanie nam kopii wysanego do nas maila zostay najzwyczajniej zignorowane! Prbowaam doj do porozumienia z t firm i uregulowa zalege patnoci, ale odpowiadali na mojego co 6-go maila i przez ponad 2 miesice nie udao si rozwiza zaistniaego problemu.
