I've used Simon for an emergency repair to our hot water and ongoing service and maintenance of our boiler. Simon is exceptional professional, from the company branded van and work wear to his attitude to my needs as a customer. He has been on time, courteous and respectful of our home. Simon was helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and the work itself was top class. Couldn't ask for anything more. Impeccable service, would highly recommend to anyone in the future. Absolutely the go to guys for gas and plumbing works. Works completed: fitted new gas pipe from supply to boiler as well as replacing old 22mm and 15mm valves that were letting buy.

Had a boiler problem fixed, no fuss and the job done when expected with the minimum of delay. The work was done quickly, with minimum of mess and the engineer was polite and friendly. Boiler working perfectly now, and they serviced it whilst they were here. One other good thing to note, I was able to pay by card, which made the whole thing much simpler.
