Austops

After having my poptop fitted it was found to be incorrectly fitted. I was advised to contact Austops directly. They wasnt happy with the fitment and sent me to a trusted company. After they inspected my van Austops agreed with them that the whole roof needed replacing. I couldnt believe this service specially as it was a fitting issue. They arranged for work to be done , received updates regularly with pictures throughout the work. On the day of collection we couldnt believe what we saw. The van looked fantastic and the roof fitted great, we got full demonstration of lifting and lowering the roof. Tracey couldnt believe how easy it was compared to the initial roof. The finish to trim was brilliant, they re installed the original lights in rear so we have light when doors open (left out by previous installer). We have to say the service, customer care and product are second to none. Everyone wanted to and did everything to help us. We are totally over the moon with the van Fantastic job guys cant recommend you high enough, but advise future customers to call you guys direct and go with one of your trusted recommended installers. I cant recommend Austops enough. The Director and Chief Fitter helped my father after a botched roof nightmare from some cowboy converters. Regular updates with photos were given with thoughtful, professional and custom service. So far the roof seems brilliant, easier for dad to operate and looks great on the vehicle! Thanks Austops!

I'm very disappointed. The roof looks great and works well. However, the inside of the roof keeps leaving a massive amount of black residue on the window of the canapy. When I phoned austops they said it was an issue they knew about. They told me how to clean it and said it would stop happening. The issue is now worse than ever, 4 months on. The place where I fitted it has phoned too and we are now, almost 2 weeks later, still waiting for a sealant to stop this happening. Thousands for a roof that doesn't work properly with a fault the company knew about and now they can't be bothered to send the fix quickly enough. I should add that austops did eventually replace the roof and it is fab! Thank you for sorting me out.

After a botched fit by my original van converter. Austops replaced my front roof section pod of my transit custom without question or charge. BBH Designs of Renishaw, S Yorks completed the work finally making my van perfect. Thanks Max and team at Austops and Paul's team at BBH. I would fully recommend both of them.

Incredibly knowlegeable with some great advice, Max gave up his own time to guide us through our options and point us in the right direction - great bloke!
