I have done Hatha Yoga for a while now but when I heard about Mandy's Yin Yoga classes I thought I would give them a try. The poses work on the connective tissues and fascia, improving flexibility and releasing stored emotions. The classes are held in a warm, cosy room with cushions and bolsters for added comfort, and the wonderful smell of essential oils. Mandy is so welcoming to everyone from beginners to the more experienced, and guides us through all the poses and meditations making us feel relaxed and at ease. I come out of the class feeling relaxed, uplifted and more appreciative of the important things in life. I can't wait to go to her Santorini Retreat in October! Namaste Apr 23rd, 2020

Mandy is a fantastic teacher of yoga, yin yoga and mindfulness classes, im currently attending her latest 6 week yin yoga course which comprises of 6 90 minute classes based in the most gorgeous serene room! Relaxing lighting, scented oils, beautiful mantras and music playing, not to mention the cushions, bolsters and warm blankets when relaxing in the savasana at the end, bliss! I am also ecstatic to be joining her on her Chiang Mai yoga retreat next March. Mandy is truly inspirational. I have been doing her Yin classes for over a year now and have learnt so much from her. I feel calmer, get to sleep more easily with the help of the deep breathing, and am better able to cope with the stresses of daily life. For me this has been life changing. Thank you so much Mandy. I was so lucky to go on Amanda's luxury retreat in Chiang Mai, Thailand in January 2019. Everything was absolutely perfect, amazing homestay and gorgeous food. The retreat was planned out so well, a typically day was therapeutic yin yoga overlooking a huge pond with carp and soothing running water before breakfast, relax by the pool/massage then lunch and a trip out with the locals visiting fabulous places without tourists in the afternoon. Yoga on the terrace at sunset followed by dinner at the homestay or a local restaurant. The day with the elephants in their natural habitat was a highlight. I would absolutely recommend Amanda, her aim is to improve lives and she will certainly do that if she is in yours!. Dec 13th, 2019

Mandys yoga classes are amazing. Take 2 hours out of your day to relax in Mandys world of yin. Each class is based on a particular chakra which Mandy explains in full before the start. Throughout the class Mandy ensures youre getting in and out of the postures correctly and youre comfortable is paramount with the use of blocs and bolsters. Nov 21st, 2019
