Moonbeam Yoga Wirral

I've been going to Pregnancy Yoga with Becky at Moonbeam and couldn't be happier. The first time I attended I brought my own yoga matt, as I didn't know what to expect, but everything is provided for! Matt, pillows, blanket, bolster, blocks, nice lights and music. They do everything to make you feel calm and relaxed. Highly recommend for all stages of pregnancy!

Went to me first yoga session last week and really enjoyed it. It was relaxing, Hannah was really accommodating for all levels. Her voice was relaxing and the atmosphere was lovely.

Loved my pregnancy yoga classes with Hannah, they are by far the most relaxed classes I have been to, with opportunities to chat to other mums, talk about our weeks, practice our yoga and the best bit- the relaxation at the end where I almost fall asleep! I also attended the pregnancy yoga retreat with Becky and Hannah which was an incredible day with afternoon tea, yoga and these amazing warm face masks. The classes are laid back, calming, relaxing and enjoyable and they are flexible with booking too! The baby yoga classes include a WARM cup of tea which is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved these classes. I started with pregnancy yoga and we progressed to baby massage once my little girl was born. Hannah and Becky are so brilliant at what they do and we have loved every second. Classes are relaxed and fun, and just what every mum and mum-to-be needs!

Moonbeam Yoga is a little bit of heaven on a Tuesday night for me. Working full time, being a mum and pregnant is pretty full on! Yoga has been exactly what I needed to take a little bit of time out, and focus on me and the baby. Thank you so much Moonbeam and Hannah xxx
