Lucy's personable approach to teaching is unparalleled and as a result, the atmosphere within her class is one of encouragement and acquiescence. I always leave with more appreciation of the immediate benefits I feel during yoga and meditation. Wallasey is so fortunate to have Turtle Yoga on it's doorstep. Best yoga Ive been to! Lucy creates a lovely calm environment to practise, would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get involved with yoga! Lucy is always accommodating to newbies and makes you feel at ease.

Turtle Yoga run by Lucy is an amazing business! I have been going to her classes for over 3 years. Lucy is always welcoming and positive. The ambience of each session is set in the moods she creates through lighting and music and reflects the seasons of change we go through. Her classes always cater for all abilities and she makes sure you feel comfortable in your yoga practice. In summer months, Lucy takes yoga outdoors. Nothing better than breathing in the fresh air as you practise your yoga positions. I go away feeling like Ive been restored and take the sense of calm the classes give me for the rest of my day. Thank you, Lucy! Highly recommend!

Im always looking forward to my yoga session with Lucy. Its such a great way to begin the weekend and put my mind and body at ease. Im amazed how much more flexible my body is now. And TBH its not just yoga but even more the person who leads the session that makes a difference and Lucy is such a balanced person and I feel it brings balance to my day. Definitely my special time
