Grit + Grace Life with Vicci Phillips

Vicci is just fantastic! Ive always enjoyed exercise when doing it, but the thought of actually getting up to do it was a barrier. Vicci helped me see through that and taught me to just move my body! She is so welcoming, warm, friendly and offers more than the standard Trainers. She is so invested in each individual and Ive never know passion like it! All in all a fantastic place to train and community to be a part of, quite frankly Vicci and Grit and Grace has changed mine and my mums life.

The last thing you want to do after waking up of a morning is go to a gym and workout. How Vicky does it I will never know. She wakes you up, her energy spurs you on (takes a while to work on me) and gets you doing things you didnt know you could do. But above all she's a great friend, confidant and a wonderful person who knows what's best for you no matter how you feel!!

This is an amazing class the only exercise that I have enjoyed and stuck to I had to stop due to childcare issues but hoping to go back soon. all the ladies are so supportive and encouraging. Vicci is an excellent coach supports all the way encouraging and full of positivity ! I would highly recommend

I have trained with Vicci and have nothing but but great things to say. She is so encouraging and motivating for ever person that is training. The sessions are varied so as to keep you focused and engaged. Vicci always makes sure your technique is right so as to gain maximum benefit and avoid injury. All the others at the sessions always made me feel welcome. Fabulous training and instructor
