He was professional and friendly, taking the time ahead of the booking to discuss what I was wanting to achieve and giving some tips on different approaches we could take. He was very punctual on the day itself, arriving with full PPE and quickly put me at my ease. He took lots of different shots and was extremely patient. He is also a miracle worker on enhancing the final pictures, with a turnaround of just a few hours on getting the final shots to me. Viva is a fabulous place with a photographer who is clearly very talented, professional and passionate about his art. The moment I stepped through the door I was surrounded by all manner of wonderful images. The shop area is inspiring with a beautifully well equipped studio. Staff are friendly with a wonderfully clear idea of what makes a photo spectacular. I spent a couple of hours in the studio and wished it could be longer. Highly recommended and well deserving of a 5* rating.

We've used Viva photography a number of times now for commercial photography regarding products we sell on the web. Absolutely brilliant in quality and speed of production, we'll continue to use Viva and highly recommend.
