        I purchased a car from Wirral. Firstly the boot almost took my pregnant wifes head off because the strut was replaced with cable ties. 2ndly the engine light came on and i took the car for a diagnostic and it turned out the warranty would not pay for the damage because the fault existed before I purchased the car. Clayton Pritchard and the Wirral team could not care about the time it has taken me to fix the car. 5-6 hours dropping the car to have it serviced, walking to the coffee shop to work and walking back to fetch the car. Hours spent on the phone with Wirral and the service centre. Money to pay for food and coffee at the coffee shop as well as petrol. Disgusting service, do not purchase from them at all!
