Thank you to all great staff, especially Jenny, shes so caring to all the animals & listens to everything you say. Jenny thoroughly looks into the dogs, & sees/feels things that haven't been noticed before. She's a real incredible vet. Thank you Jenny.

I honestly can not praise Kim the vet enough she was absolutely wonderful with my litter of five kittens and obviously has a real passion about animals. Well done CVets

I visited CVets in Moreton, Wirral yesterday for my dog to have routine booster jabs, Holly who carried out the procedure was very professional and friendly. She also conducted a check on her general health highlighting an issue for me to consider. Excellent service throughout. Mike

Have used this vet for over 12 years and have always been great over the past few years really lost my confidence in them, got my cat neuted to them leaving some tissue in and expected me to pay for there mistakes in the end done free of charge but was trying to charge for extra fluids for 30 when she would have already been having fluids. my dog has been to this vets for 9 years and is losing the use of his back legs got told not appointmnets for over a week even when he was in agony struggling to walk and i was really conerned and wouldnt even get a vet to ring me for emergency advice even though i paid a week earlier for the same problem which they told me i would be looking at 3000 to get all work done to see what wrong xrays mri bloods etc when told i can not pay this and just want advice off vet of what the right thing to do is rude staff told me she will just tell you the same thing disgrace that there in no compassion at all and i would need to make an appointment and pay again, rude reception staff who told me r bebington branch has closed at the minute so we are taking all their patients and animals that why no appointments. but my dog who has been coming for 9 years cant get appointment also had bloods booked in and told me i would have to pay for the vets time aswell as the 140 charge if i wasnt willing to do this a nurse would just do, preying on vunerbale pet owners!!! will never use again after all my years of using yourselves!!
