AVOID!!!!!!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR DAMAGE YOU DIDNT CAUSE!!!!! I returned a battered and scratched 3 year old Corsa that hadn't been looked after at all before I picked it up. The alloys were scratched like you wouldn't believe and the tyres were in bad condition from apparent wear and tear. I had it for 3 days and put 60 miles on the clock MAX! When I returned the vehicle, the guy walked straight up to this tyre like he already knew there was damage (I still couldn't see any damage even when I looked). They are refusing to give me back my deposit until they have bought a new tyre for the car!!!! Luckily I paid an extra 15 pound a day to keep the excess down to 200 pounds should there be a problem, otherwise I was on the hook for 1000 pound!!!! They are renting out older shabbier cars as there is a shortage of cars and getting the paying customer to foot the bill for new parts! Please avoid and use a smaller independent company to stop you getting absolutely ripped off!!! The reviews are bad in this place for a reason!!!! *EDIT: Absolutely no attempt to contact me apart from the generic email sent below. DO NOT GIVE THESE MUPPETS YOUR BUSINESS!!!
