        Mike was very friendly, knowledgable and thorough with assessing my car. I did anticipate less than the online valuation, however, the final value offered was significantly lower. I took it to Arnold Clark and they offered 1500 more. Would advise going to Arnold Clark or another dealership.

        Very easy process. I had a call a couple of days before my appointment to tell me what to bring in which was helpful as there were things I wasn't aware of. The chap at the local office was really helpful and friendly and I was only there for around 20 minutes and all done. Would recommend use again.
