I had a great experience of recent Reiki 1 training here. The training was gently paced and thorough.

Carolyns approach to teaching harbours the perfect blend of professionalism, knowledge, encouragement and guidance for spiritual growth. Studying at Gaia School has been a totally enjoyable and insightful experience, where I felt 100 % supported every step of the way. This course is delivered in a way which is very thorough and extremely interesting. Its been such an enjoyable and insightful experience. Carolyn and her courses are amazing. I completed level 5 Reflexology last year and the Aromatherapy a few months ago, oh Indian head and Reiki development days too. Carolyns knowledge is outstanding, shes always there to offer help and advice. Im now running my own business and loving it, even with the ups and downs of covid 19. Would Reccomend all Carolyns courses to anyone

I recently attended an Introduction to Reflexology. I really enjoyed the day it was a good blend of both practical hands on experiences and information sharing that was presented in an interesting and engaging way. Carolyn has a passion for her craft, I am grateful to have had the opportunity to attend this introductory course. It provided the means to gain a some understanding into this wonderful therapy and the numerous health benefits for both the physical body and emotional well being. I would recommend Gaia School of Natural Health Introductory courses to anyone seeking to develop an understanding into this beautiful holistic therapy.

I have now completed three courses with Gaia School of Natural Health, Level 5 Reflexology and Level 3 FHT accredited Indian Head Massage and Reiki Drumming. I will be going back to do more! The support the Tutors, Carolyn Roberts and Debbie Hurst give is second to none. Support which was vital to me, a person who had not studied for a number of years! The Reflexology is so thorough that at the end, you know you are ready to start up as a Clinical Reflexologist at what ever pace you choose. The Indian Head Massage course is shorter in duration, but never the less the material which is provided to all students is so available and the parts broken down in such a way that techniques can be learnt gradually. For qualified practitioners the Indian Head Massage course is definitely a course to be considered, the reason is that the way it is taught you can adapt the techniques to be a stand alone treatment either on upright chair, couch or lafuma. It is such a versatile treatment, which reflexology clients love as an add on. Case studies are really manageable too! Reiki Drumming is exciting and different and I'll keep you updated on this one as I haven't completed my case studies yet!! But thank you Gaia, I had the vibes and I am definitely one of the tribe now!!x
