Recently went on a compex course paid for by my company. Upon attendance they claimed we hadnt sent any registering information over when we had a month prior. This wasted a couple hours of the first day. The classroom teacher wasnt interested and I dont blame him considering his age however its no excuse for the lazy PowerPoint slide learning style. The group from my company have just recieved the results and they are all different to what happened. Some hadnt finished exams in time and have come back as passes whilst others who were really confident have got random fails. To make things even better different results have been emailed which are completely different. I dont know how they can get things so wrong, the only positive from the course was the assessor for the exams who was very knowledgeable and helpful.
