I booked a pallet truck on Wednesday for the following weekend. on Saturday morning, staff was surprised even though was registered on their book. Pallet truck was out some was given a "second" one which according to them was in working condition but only not lifting as high as it should! Eventually, it appeared the cylinder was leaking hence useless. On Monday morning, staff not surprised but charged regardless. 2 weeks trying to get hold of somebody - staff with very unprofessional manners in Upton branch - did not get anywhere. Lost of time and money! To avoid absolutely!

I received poor service on this occasion, I have used them once before along time ago and dont recall any issues. The tools they lent were broken and they insisted on charging me for the hire. The paperwork was inadequate (terms and conditions not stated) and I received no receipt for the transaction to show I had returned the goods or the charge for the hire. I wont be using them again simply due to the attitude of the person who served me. There was no understanding from him of the customers perspective. HSS maybe more expensive but the equipment works.

Clueless and botch jobs and all staff are rude and arrogant staff was fine at first but as soon as I mentioned that I was given item for free I wanted them to service he started shouting at me and didnt seem happy atall I know how much parts are and at first it was like they bumped price up because he wasnt happy I got mower for nothing but I ignored it and let them crack on I paid 130 and when I went to collect it it still wasnt usable he then got angry and told me I need a chain for 60 so I agreed. Several weeks later the staff then told me its 260 for bearings which is just a scam a said no so they have through every bolt and part in a box instead of putting it back together cowboys
