    Sold a dream by new home builder that this organisation would sort any major defects post initial warranty. At least NHBC do something.. this company appears to have sold all the insurance to other companies who don't respond... A home emergency claim and nothing heard in over a fortnight - issue just getting worse!! Avoid if you're a new home buyer looking to satisfy your needs following a 2 year warranty.

    Who are these people regulated by? Their service is shockingly bad. Why do we still have a company like this still exist in today's Times. Its horrendous. My home which is less than 2 years is falling apart but since the developer has shown them certification for impact tests, they are not willing to do anything about it despite a huge structural defect which has been getting worse over time. If you are buying a home and the developer uses this company as their 10 year guarantee , then run away from that home. Not worth the hassle

    Sadly I have had a really poor experience with Premier Guarantee, they request the same information over and over again the staff change rate is criminally high, we built a block of 12 apartments 10 were singed off when the guy left and since then its been a car crash- over a year waiting for the final 2 plots to be singed off. To add insult to injury we were not planning to use them again so did not want to re new our membership however they delayed the issuing of certificates so much the membership expired. They then said as soon as you pay 1,000 (2 membership fees) you will get your certificates. 6 weeks after paying the 1,000 still no certificates. Willow House - Leeds, Richlea and C W Langton

    Contacted on finding a fundamental issue within days of purchase but they are simply not interested. Their guarantee extends to 10% of the purchase price and holds no value.

    Their policy is that if you don't find a fault within the first 2 years of the guarantee and the developer hasn't been made aware within this time then they or the developer does not need to do anything regarding resolution. All they cover from year 2-10 is structural damage, wall tie failure or building movement etc. Even if they hadn't built it to building regulations at the time, it's your job to find these issues within 2 years and make your developer aware in writing.
