Amazing service, we used Parkers for our Christmas works do transport, worth every Penny. No messing around waiting for taxis the bus was where it was meant to be and on time.

Service from Ellesmere Port to Manchester Airport, pre booked and full confirmation from company via E-Mail, 3 days before departure. Company did not arrive at the agreed time 6:20am! Frantic phone call to Parkers resulted in a very lengthy, unhelpful conversation. Operator accepted liability on transferring the wrong time from confirmation E-Mail, but unbelievably said I was at fault, as Id not noticed the mistake on a text message they send out, just hours before the flight! Operator was very defensive on the mistake and did not offer any resolution to their error. Be mindful when booking for something as important as a scheduled departure. You may miss your flight.
