        Lady was very rude on the phone, 08/04/23 at 18:30 called to arrange a taxi and asked for address so proceeded to give postcode which she replies the full address and said I was rude when saying postcode should be enough as live in flats... im the customer sorry your working bank holiday how about get a better job than answering for taxis. Niceone
