Any one can put a review on here ,so when you see so very many 1 star reviews then and a couple of 5 star reviews it makes one think !!! My partner has had nightmare after nightmare with this place, reception are the first nightmare then you have the "Doctors " ?????

Wait all day for a telephone appointment that I had waited 2 weeks for- and nothing! I rang the surgery 5pm got told your on dr Hutchinson? List Never got a call?? I am disabled and disgusted at this service. I want a apology tomorrow I am fuming

I would just like to say that I have always had such a positive experience when booking appointments and having consultations either on the phone or face to face with the nurses and doctors. I would personally like to thank Dr Hayley Sanna at the practice for being so patient and understanding throughout the past few months. She is the most understanding GP I have every come across and literally talks you through every option and plans ahead. She is a breath of fresh air and always goes the extra mile. I couldn't recommend her enough.

Go anywhere else near ellesmere port. The receptionists are actively unhelpful and rude and its impossible to book an appointment
