The food is always fantastic in M&C along with the service but we went in there yesterday and the toilets were disgusting. Cobwebs everywhere and generally really dirty. It's really put me off going back. We also asked for an accessible table when we booked which we didn't get. What makes it worse is the response I got from M&C. Don't just apologise. Actually do something about it and resolve the issues for future visits so people who read these reviews are reassured that improvements will be made. Such school boy errors from what is meant to be such a prestigious food outlet
