Gina Christina Therapies

I came to Gina just before Christmas suffering with really tight shoulders and a lot of pain in my lower back. Gina was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable not to mention how Covid secure her room/she was. After an hour and a half of a deep tissue massage my shoulders have never felt better and Im no longer suffering with my back. Ive been to some therapists who dont dig deep enough or dont seem to get right into the muscle but Gina knew exactly what to do and made sure she got every area of tightness from different angles. She is so knowledgeable and even suggested some stretches for me to carry on with - thanks so much Gina, I will be back! xxx

Id recommend Gina to anybody considering booking in for a massage. Not only is she effortlessly personable, professional and charismatic, she has a great amount of physiotherapy knowledge and will personalise treatments to make the most of your session. Wouldnt go anywhere else

DEFINITELY recommend! I had a hot stone massage here a few weeks ago and already cant wait to book back in! Stunning room and decorated lovely. Also... it was spotless! Lovely to see any time but, when we are in the middle of a pandemic it was very reassuring and I felt comfortable the whole time I was there! The massage itself was amazing! Really got into the muscles that needed working but also was relaxing with a combination of soft tissue work and hot stones, DEFINITELY will be returning and DEFINITELY recommend!

Gina fitted me in last minute for a deep muscle massage on my shoulders just before a really important football match in the morning followed by tennis later that evening. It most definitely did the trick! The pain has been massively reduced and allowed me to play with the same freedom of movement Id have without the sore neck/shoulder thanks to Gina! Would highly recommend
