I had a sore shoulder for a couple of weeks, even hurt to change gear so I booked in with Milly and it made such a difference. Would recommend her to anyone!

Absolutely spot on. Asked loads of questions to get to know/understand my injury. Millie was able to explain it to me without it sounding confusing. After that, she was able to run a course of treatments and tests as well as giving me plenty to do at the gym and at home. I was that satisfied with the support that I recommend her to my parents and she was able to help them too. Overall a brilliant service and I would highly recommend.

I went to see Milly earlier this week after I injured myself running. I wasnt sure which part of my leg I had injured however, after a few tests she was able to identify which part it was! She then did a 1/2 hour massage. She checked multiple times that I wasnt in any discomfort. I can honestly say my leg is 10x less painful and my muscle doesnt feel as tight. She has given me exercises to help strengthen my ankles aswell! Would highly recommend Milly, very professional and puts you at ease

Milly has been great to work with over the last couple of years with regular sports massage from tired muslcles. More recently, she has diagnosed and treated my quad injury and with her great advice and persistence I have been able to return to sport. She is professional yet welcoming and I am always recommending her!

Milly has been fantastic in helping me recover from my golfers elbow. I truly didn't believe it was anything but thought I'd take a chance in going to a physio, I'm glad I did. My elbow is great and it's allowed me to play golf as often as I want which I wasn't able to do before I went to see Milly. Thanks Milly for all your help!!! Can't recommend enough!!!
