She is to offer different methods of treatments to suit a particular problem, from physical manipulation to acupuncture. Helen gives information and instructions on exercises that you can do to help keep yourself pain free and moving better. Her studio is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, treatments there are very professional, friendly and Covid safe. Highly recommended!
