        Helen worked wonders with my foot after I had an operation on it. I didnt have much movement in it and started limping. After a few treatments it was so much better. Definitely recommend her.

        Helen is an amazing therapist, she has done wonders for my back, hips and neck! She is to offer different methods of treatments to suit a particular problem, from physical manipulation to acupuncture. Helen gives information and instructions on exercises that you can do to help keep yourself pain free and moving better. Her studio is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, treatments there are very professional, friendly and Covid safe. Highly recommended!
