If I could give 0 stars I would!! Booked in March 2022 for a gender reveal party for April 2022 and paid the deposit and I got there on the day ready to decorate no one was there and called up thousands of times for them to tell me that my booking was cancelled. So they rebooked someone else in for a party instead and continued to tell me I called up and cancelled and said I didnt even rebook so its my fault. I did not once call them up and I was waiting for our special day for a month and treated us really horrible when we argued back to say that it was wrong what they did and even though they let us in and put the other people upstairs continued to treat us badly even though it was their mistake. I would dodge at all costs! Would never ever go there again. Rude and disrespectful staff!
