        Visited this dealership as part of a Skoda service plan. Was disappointed when I collected my vehicle to find that work had been completed on my car outside of the service specification, without my consent, which I was then charged for. Unbelievable!

        Having purchased several vehicles at Mitchell's (all Mazda's) I've always had excellent service. They may not be the cheapest but they place a high value on customer service. Today's visit was to look at Skoda's & recieved the same good service as the on Mazda side of the dealership.

        First class service. None better. Been coming to Mitchells for nearly 20 years and it's a 150 mile round trip, but more than worth it. Recently changed my car and you couldn't ask for better hospitality, care and service. Fully trustworthy.
