I initially booked a chemical peel through existing client page as I emailed a few months back regarding one so thought it would be ok. Charlie text me to say i filled out the wrong page and would update my booking to a new client booking hope that's ok. I filled out the new client form and attended clinic unaware the treatment I booked couldn't be completed. I sat through half an hour of education about skincare. I mentioned I knew I was there for a chemical peel but like to use natural products.. I lay on the bed and treatment started unaware that she wasn't going to complete what I had booked in for. Once she had double cleansed my skin she said she weren't doing the chemical peel and was doing an enzyme peel. Which I was not happy to carry on with as I have had them before and seen no results. I was made to feel as though it was my fault and it weren't respected that I didn't want or book for that treatment. And an apology wasn't given when she couldn't complete what I wanted. She just mentioned how much money she was supposed to make that day and time wasted. Not taking into consideration I had also lost time and paid to travel for the service. I felt very mislead by the fact I wasnt told at the beginning what she would be doing and I mentioned at the beginning what I was there for. I paid her half of my money for the appointment in an understanding she had lost out. If she would have text saying what I booked couldnt be completed due to me being a new client I wouldnt have kept the appointment. Very unprofessional and wouldnt recommend

Charlie is absolutely amazing at what she does; she is so knowledgeable and helpful! I love my monthly facials- they are so relaxing and shes helped so much with my skincare routine!

The best facials ever! I love going to Charlie regularly. Her facials are so relaxing and leave my skin feeling and looking amazing afterwards. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
