Utopia Spaces

We moved our business recently to a premises that was a retail shop on the ground floor and a separate entrance to the upper floors used previously for offices. Combining the two separately rented areas into one needed a lot of understanding to follow all the rules and regulations that were required....queue Matt. Without Matt we would have been lost, at every stage he had put everything in place, fire, asbestos reports, health and safety, building regs the list goes on, we felt very reassured at all times. He was always mindful of disturbing the neighbouring businesses, we only found out he had informed them all of the works that were going to be carried out when we were approached by them to say, ' what a very understanding and polite contractor we had and that they couldnt believe he took time out to let them know, unheard of !!!' Onto his work...we have had lots of work carried out personally over the years and lots of nightmares so wasnt looking forward to the experience. We can honestly say from the moment we met Matt to finishing the works we felt we were in excellent hands. He always did his utmost to find solutions to our many queries and worries, nothing was to much trouble, he was amazing !!! His attention to detail and quality of work was second to none, it was though he was always thinking, if it was for himself what would he expect. The finished premises has turned out exactly how we envisaged it and more, we are so pleased. We couldnt speak more highly of Matt and he will be very embarrassed when we say he is such a kind, thoughtful, reassuring man and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Richard Smith, Cheshire

A massive thank you to Matt (Project Utopia) who turned around the whole renovation of my ground floor in just over a week.... I personally thought I had attention to detail but Matt and his fantastic team certainly put me in my place. A chat with Matt prior to work starting regarding plans etc of what I wanted doing then the rest was in matts hands.....! Never had to worry about a single thing, any small issues Matt would speak with me about it as he already had a solution to offer, absolutely brilliant. His team so so polite and without doubt all well schooled in their individual trades, not just excellent work but so clean and tidy too. Matt and all your team at Project Utopia a massive thank you.....! We are so happy & pleased with everything you guys have done for us Ray Naylor.
