Stay clear of this company came out to fit satellite dish last monday and said he'd be back on Tuesday with the dish, came back with no pole, came back on Thursday fitted the dish and said he had got the signal. Paid him 170 and when sky came out to connect the box there was no signal so couldn't connect . Tried ringing , texting and emailing with no response. They take your money and run COWBOYS STAY CLEAR.

Absolutely disgusting and substandard outfit. AVOID!!! This is a shocking and unprofessional company. Fitted CCTV system recently, cabling is a mess, cameras not fitted securely. Made two attempts to have it sorted with no one showing up. The contact address in Croft Business Park is a cover up and refuses to accept correspondence. The handler at the contact phone number even refused to provide a correspondence address when this requested. The sooner this outfit goes out of business the better.

Avoid these cowboys and time wasters: phone calls not returned, shoddy and substandard work, appointments not kept. I will be taking legal action to recover payment if this outfit continue to evade responsibilities.

I had this company in to take my old aerials down and put 2 new ones up, this was done in March all looked good until 9 months later and still under warranty standard 12 month, they fell off my chimney, so I emailed A1 and explained and no answer, that was on Friday I phoned on the Monday and was told they would be out the next day, they did not turn up or phone me so after lots of calls to office and mobile, all they kept saying was next day am on the list, it is now Thursday and I have had to call out another company who turned up within the hour and sorted the mess out very please, this company use cheap materials and are not interested after they have got your money, customer service and after care are a joke, DO NOT USE

Used these guys after being recommend by a friend, they fitted me in nice and quick, done a fab job and the customer service was brilliant. Highly recommended
