The staff member that served me and my girlfriend was just a absolute joke, didnt listen to what we where saying to him and when I said I wanted Caesar he stood and looked at me and said Caesar basically questioning me as to what I wanted. On another note the salad tubs where full of dried up slices of salad (and in the cucumber tub there was bits of red pepper,sweetcorn and red onion all in the one tub), As of now me and my girlfriend have fallen somewhat Ill and feel like where going to be sick, looking back on it makes us think it was caused by the salad that had been left out for god knows how long.

I usually like subway. Until now I'm not sure I've ever had a bad experience in one. To say the service is at a snails pace is an insult to snails. When I got there I was second in the queue but it took 15 minutes to get served then another 10 for him to make 1 sandwich and a tea (which was surprising because I asked for coffee). Only 2 staff members on, one only doing the takeout orders. The other was clearly a trainee. Because he was painfully slow and generally confused about the location of the bread the sauce the milk. Everyone needs to train at least a little bit to master a job but to not have someone shadow new employee's and give them a hand when they need it is just bad management. As there are a growing number of bad reviews for this branch that might be the problem.
