Reflexology by Lyn

Ive had 2 treatments up to now with Lyn, reflexology and an Indian head massage and have benefitted greatly from both. I would highly recommend Lyn, she is both very professional and lovely. I was a bit nervous at first as I didnt know what to expect however Lyn totally put me at ease. I have booked future sessions with Lyn as now I have felt the full benefit and no longer have the pain i have felt in my upper back for so long.

I attended an appointment with Lyn when I was 6 days past my babys due date in the hope that her specialist reflexology would induce labour. She really took her time making sure I was comfortable and the treatment was fantastic. I left feeling really calm and relaxed. I went into labour the next day and my baby was born the day after thatwithin 48 hours of my appointment. I genuinely feel that Lyn had a big impact in helping me to go into labour! Thank you so much!!

I suffer with work related aches and pains due to being on a laptop for 4-5 hours constantly. I usually opt for a massage as it brings some relief instantly but comes back again within couple days. However, since I have being going to Lyn I am not only having restful, relaxed sleeps, my neck and shoulders are much more flexible. I would highly recommend Lyn, she is very professional and makes you feel welcome and relaxed in a very calming atmosphere.
