Wow! You have no idea Ivan Mayer! Try being told you are definitely getting an interview. Then being ignored for days on end. Eventually coming back with in hospital Then after lots of flannel, where you prepare solidly for an interview and you are not told where to go until the day itself. This is shoddy enough but when you arrive at the given address and cannot find the place, you are told Oh sorry thats the wrong place its not my fault though Well it CERTAINLY wasnt mine. Then you travel 13 miles with 11 minutes to spare so you arrive late due to agency incompetence. You interview and are then ignored. The interview is excellent but they tell you that the guys mother has been taken ill (awful lot of dramatic illnesses here) not saying I dont believe it but having been a manager of people who call in sick a lot, dramatic stuff at last minute with no explanation at the time? Not sure of any trauma that is bad enough to ignore people for a week. How hard is an out of office note to create? Anyway the lovely end to this is after all my hard work, petrol, being jerked around and sent halfway around the county and back I got a response saying the supervisor was going to be out of the business for a while so they are withdrawing the role. So they needed a person, but now someone else has left they were fine and didnt need one. When creating flimsy excuses people really should remember the basics of ergonomics! I asked for feedback, seeing as it was the very least I deserved. I was ignored. So avoid Arrowe as if your life depends on it
